We require
an insurance card and applicable co-payment or co-insurance
for each visit; at the time of service. We accept many major
insurance carriers and several of the Tenncare plans. Please
call our office with any specific insurance questions. We
accept cash, checks, MasterCard and Visa for payments.
If your
insurance requires a referral to see an OB/GYN, YOU must have
a valid referral before being seen by our doctor. If a referral
is not obtained before you come to our office, you may experience
a delay before being seen.
