Prescriptions and Refills:

If you need a prescription or a refill on a prescription, please call your physician's office during regular business hours.  You will be requested to provide your pharmacy's location and phone number, please be ready to provide this information.  Prescription requests for narcotics will not be filled after normal office hours or on the weekends.

Non-Emergency Phone Calls:

All non-emergency phone calls are handled during our regular office hours.  Examples of non-emergency calls include but are not limited to test results, non-life threatening medication side effects, discussions of hormone replacement therapy or certain conditions or symptoms experienced during pregnancy.  We encourage you to call our office whenever questions or symptoms arise regardless of your condition.  Your questions and concerns about hour healthcare are as important to us as they are to you.

Emergency Situations After Office Hours:

If you are having a major emergency or event, please go directly to the Emergency Room. Your physician or their call partner will be contacted by the Emergency Room staff.  Each physician’s office provides after hours call coverage.  Call the office and our answering service will forward your message to the physician on-call.  You may speak with your physician but may also be contacted by one of the doctors’ on-call for that practice or location.
